COMMON QUESTIONS

  • Yes! All of our work is dishwasher & microwave safe! However, for anything with a gold detail finish, hand wash is recommended.

  • Online drops will occur as I am able to stock in between in person shows, there is not a guarantee on frequency. Follow on instagram to stay up to date.

  • If an item breaks in transit, we will replace the item or provide a refund if the item is no longer available. Please see the full refund policy below for more information.

REFUND POLICY

Thank you for supporting our small, handmade business. Each piece is carefully crafted by hand, which means slight variations in shape, color, and finish are natural and part of what makes every item unique.

All Sales Final
Due to the handmade and limited nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage and packaging. We will gladly offer a replacement if available or a refund if the item cannot be replaced.

Limited Drops
Our collections are released in small batches and may not be restocked once sold out. Because of this, replacements are not guaranteed.
